Kim Keever- Landscapes
After spotting these on my dashboard, I was interested. After looking at this artist’s other pieces I have to say I was very impressed. The amount of detail and effort that goes into these is outstanding. I love how the coloured lights and pigment in the water make the clouds and sunlight. I like how realistic they look.
The last two photos show how the pictures and these sculptures are made and photographed. The sculptures are made first then placed in large fish tanks and then filled with water. Pigment is put in the water to create the effects of clouds and mist. After setting up the lights, which create sunlight they are photographed.
Website: Link- I suggest looking at the Blackbird works as they look impressive as well.
